All Dream Republic products are covered by a 30-night satisfaction guarantee. This guarantee is calculated from the date of delivery of goods. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, the item/s may be returned for exchange for another product with the same rand value or higher subject to the following terms:
1 Customers wishing to return products must submit a requets before the expiry of the 30 night period.
2. Goods will be inpected by Dream Republic and where any damages, shortages or missing parts of the product/packaging is found, the swap out will not be approved and/or a discretionary handling fee will be levied.
3. The customer is liable to pay the difference in price should the customer choose a bed of higher value.
